sinteza nano\u010destica \u2013 nove mogu\u0107nosti za biofortifikaciju mikrozelenja i remedijaciju vodenih sustava<\/em>\u201d usmjeren je na razvoj ekolo\u0161ki prihvatljivih rje\u0161enja temeljenih na zelenoj sintezi nano\u010destica selena i \u017eeljeza uz uporabu ekstrakta gljive <em>Ophiostoma novo-ulmi<\/em>. Cilj je ispitati njihov potencijal za biofortifikaciju biljaka i uklanjanje pesticida iz vodenih sustava. Projekt uklju\u010duje sintezu i karakterizaciju zelenih nano\u010destica, usporedbu s komercijalnim analozima te procjenu njihova u\u010dinka na vodenu le\u0107u (<em>Lemna gibba<\/em>) kao modelni organizam. Pratit \u0107e se u\u010dinci na rast, fiziolo\u0161ke funkcije i oksidacijski stres, a dobivena biomasa koristit \u0107e se za zelenu gnojidbu mikrozelenja. Eksperimentalni dizajn uklju\u010duje i ispitivanje kombiniranih u\u010dinaka nano\u010destica i biljaka u procesu fitoremedijacije pesticida iz vode. Tako\u0111er \u0107e se provesti istra\u017eivanja na transgenim linijama vrste <em>Arabidopsis thaliana<\/em> za bolje razumijevanje molekularnih mehanizama unosa metala, te in vitro testiranja antitumorskog potencijala zeleno sintetiziranih nano\u010destica i biofortificiranog mikrozelenja. Projekt doprinosi zelenoj i digitalnoj tranziciji kroz razvoj odr\u017eivih tehnologija i uspostavu digitalne baze podataka za upravljanje rezultatima.
